Scope of Services

All services provided by Ultimate Worxx are subject to the terms agreed in our service proposals, quotes, or written arrangements.

Work performed includes (but is not limited to):

• Commercial & industrial cleaning

• Construction site cleaning & support

• Property maintenance

• Labour hire services

Payment Terms

Payment terms are detailed in the quote or invoice provided prior to commencement of work. Clients agree to the stated payment terms when approving a quote.

Invoices not paid by the due date may incur delays in ongoing or future services.

Liability

While we take all reasonable care to deliver services professionally and safely, Ultimate Worxx does not accept responsibility for pre-existing conditions, site defects, or circumstances outside our control unless required by law.

Service Limitations

Services depend on:

• Site access and safety compliance

• Client-provided information

• Environmental considerations

Ultimate Worxx reserves the right to delay or refuse work if safety or compliance requirements cannot be met.
